Solution design, requirements gathering and documentation. *Proficient in OUM methodology.* *Non-Technical Skills **Required:* Good Verbal and written communication skills. Team Player, Support-Oriented, Ability to work with Business Partners to define and implement Solutions. *Technical Experience/Skills* *Preferred* Implementation Experience is a plus. Language (Spanish or Chinese) is a plus. Experience on global implementations is preferred. Oracle Localization experience is preferred.
