Monitor and maintain production, staging, and development servers. *Coordinate communications with IT Support of updates, changes, and new issues.* *Provide second-level support to IT Support for web-related issues.* *Internet* *Coordinate design and content of website with the Marketing department and third-party vendor, while adhering to current branding and design specifications.* Coordinate server-related maintenance and issue resolution with hosting provider. Work with third-party vendor to develop new and manage existing guest-facing applications, while ensuring cross-browser compatibility with current browsers. *Oversee server updates and patches based on Microsoft update recommendations.* *Conduct review of vendor-supplied code to ensure security of customer data and optimal utilization of server resources/bandwidth.* Manage repository of company-owned domain names with internet registrar, considering variations of existing domains. Monitor server resources to assure bandwidth thresholds are met and site up-time meets service level agreements. *Security* *Control access to applications using in-house security mechanism.* *Manage registration of all company domain names and public-facing SSL certificates.* Ensure internal data exposed on employee portals is restricted to appropriate personnel. Adhere to all D&B IT Policies and Procedures.
