Help Desk Project Manager provides planning and coordinating organizational activities including problem solving, technical escalations, customer relations, scheduling and managing equipment installations/relocations, disaster recovery, financial forecasting and reporting, statistical help desk reporting, management reporting. Qualifications: Must have experience with VA VistA and knowledgable in OpenVMS 8.3 and 8.4. *PMP certification required.* Experience managing customer facing help desks and managing customer relationships. High level of expertise with Microsoft Excel.
