*DB2 DBALocation: Chicago, IL* *Duration: 6+* *Interview mode: Phone or Skype* Our client is a leading healthcare company based out of Chicago, IL. *They need a Data Warehouse Team Lead / Manager.* *The Data Warehouse Team Lead will provide daily support of the activities associated with the operations of the Data Warehouse. * This includes supervision of production operations including ETL operations, ETL Tools and Job Scheduling Tools and DBMS operations. The Data Warehouse Team lead will also be responsible for enforcement of the SDLC, maintenance, access and security administration and related activities. This position will also supervise the operations of ETL tools with multiple RDBMS environments on multiple platforms. *Additional functional responsibilities shall include:* *Manage issue resolution.* *Supervise the support for SDLC, ETL operations, data extracts, issue resolutions and code fixes into the CCTI environment.* Support release management. Schedule resources, identifies priorities, coordinate interactions with customers and users. Act as liaison between production stake holders and non-production stakeholders. Ensure resources are assigned and available for 24x7 support. Develop documentation, procedures and standards for effective production operations. Communicate and collaborate effectively with staff of varying technical expertise. Support Care Coordination Technical Infrastructure Conducts analysis to facilitate improvements in operations and system configurations Support production teams, development teams and customers on environment-related tasks *Job requirements* *5 years of experience (minimum) supervising a DB2 UDB Data Warehouse environment.* Experience with performing the above duties Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must Experience supporting 24x7 environments.
