*Interview mode: Phone than F2F.Job Description:*Recommend opportunities for quality assurance improvement through the use of automation tools. This person should have a minimum of 6 years experience in the health payer industry. *Deliverable:* Write and execute tests based on business requirements and functional specifications *Additional Skills:* • Use standard test procedures and ITS business knowledge to build reusable tests. • Test on *Mainframe and web based systems* • Familiarity with automation tool such as QTP or Selenium a plus • Collaborate with all team members to ensure integrality and understanding of tests, results, and reasons for executing them • Quantify goals & objectives of each test • Create, execute, and maintain tests and test plans • *Preparing the Test Plan and design tests* • Review, execute and *validate tests, test data, and results* • Analyze data, Consolidate and publish results • Pair with developers & architects on early testing tasks • Work within the constraints of the schedule • Provide PV Lead/MGR with approved project or task level estimates, assumptions, and risks • Complete project status report(s) and provide input on the Project Dashboard • Review deliverables and organize tests for easy use and maintenance.
