Education and Experience: • 5+ years of IT Project management experience • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master • 1+ year experience as a Scrum Master working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects • Agile scrum master boot-camp participant or graduate • Understanding of basic fundamentals of iterative development • Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures • Understanding of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition • Understanding of incremental delivery and the value of metrics • Superior interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate and explain technical information to various audience levels. • Detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills, oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels. • Ability to communicate with prospects and existing clients in a customer-oriented, polite, and professional manner. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage priorities as required while remaining professional and calm under tight deadlines and due dates. • Exceptional ability to participate as an individual contributor and team player with high attention to detail in a dynamic, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and systems, and a passion for innovation. • Self-starter with experience working on projects with limited direction. • Quality of work to include timeliness, completeness and accuracy.
