*.Duration: 3-6+ Month On-Site contract plus extension* *Interview mode: Phone than F2F.Job Description:*1) QA Management experience 2) Experience defining and building QA process from scratch 3) Comfortable being the primary QA resource We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. This person will be instrumental in defining QA processes, establishing test strategies, and driving quality standards within the group. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, agile software development experience, and a deep understanding of formal QA methodologies. Experience leading transformational change across a QA organization is a key component of this position. The manager will work to create a high performance, quality driven culture and help lead the organization toward an agile and metrics driven approach to quality assurance. *Responsibilities* •Provide leadership and vision for the QA team involved in the delivery of feature and maintenance releases. •Identify and implement QA best practices and tools to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables. •Prioritize, plan, and monitor the progress of QA efforts to deliver specific software functionality and features in accordance with the product roadmap. •Work with team to evaluate software requirements to create comprehensive test plans, cost and time estimates, and test procedures. •Oversee/ensure the quality of test plans, test cases, test matrix, and bug reporting. •Hold team members accountable to provide detailed status of overall feature/product quality, outstanding defects, test progress, milestones achieved and upcoming milestones. •Drive software delivery best practices and process improvements throughout the department •Communicate and collaborate effectively and transparently within Engineering and with other departments to accomplish department and company goals *Requirements* •Minimum of *10 years of experience as a career QA professional with software industry experience and management responsibilities.* •Experience in multiple ERP software implementation projects, Dynamics AX experience preferred. •Experience leading 10-20 person QA team to deliver world class products while fostering an environment of continuous improvement. •Expertise in defining QA methodologies and test strategies in an agile development environment •Exceptional abilities designing/implementing test strategies, test plans, and test cases •Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with specific experience working closely with Engineering management to promote collaboration and communication between QA, Development, and Product Management team members during the development lifecycle. •Experience and demonstrable success with the full software development lifecycle •Experience developing and testing entire systems, with capability to understand details of the technology. •Successful track record as a leader of QA teams, building and managing teams of top-notch professionals.
