You can revert me on [email protected] with your candidates updated profiles or feel free to call me on 732 582-8364. *Job Title:* Technical Lead /PM *Location:* Sunnyvale, CA, United States *Duration: * *Job Code:* 10636 *Job Description:* Require a Technical Lead/ Project Manager for an immediate requirement *Role and Responsibilities* · Manage and help Design, prototype, and test of the required subsystem and its interface to the system · Manage the day-to-day activities working with a small team of software developers o Interface with project stakeholders to ensure that the system objectives are balanced with overall project objectives o Provide design ideas to the leadership of the project team o Represent the team as required o Assist management in the development of design policies and procedures which improve the ability to meet requirements o Develop project estimates - Gathers regional business requirements to establish project estimates and to recommend a solid system solution. o Develops project work plans and schedules - including Risk Management Plan, Communication Plan, Budget Plan, Documentation Plan, Quality Plan, Resource Staffing Plan, and all subordinate work plans. o Monitors and Controls Project - monitors project scope, issues, risks and schedule. Manages issues to closure. Manages project issues to resolution at lowest level. Escalates appropriately when project issues dictate. o Project Communication - ensures all stakeholders are aware of progress through project meetings, status reports and milestone reviews. o Staff Management - monitors the performance of all resources assigned to project.
