Assist in getting the correct data requirements and systems of record needed for each project • Support, encourages, and demonstrates the practice of reuse, for example of data objects and artifacts • Oversees integration of data sources makes decisions on what data is transferred to the MDM Hub and or the Data Warehouse, and designs consumption methods processes • Continue to build out the AMBU Enterprise Data Model Conceptual, logical and physical data modeling using ERWIN • Documents current state and future state architecture designs for projects • Able to dive in and use the technologies below *Technical Qualifications* · SQL Server, Views and Stored Procedures · SSIS · Microsoft Reporting Stack e.g. SSRS, Power View, Excel Services · Spotfire · Background in cubes · Background in master data management *Nice to have* · FME Server · Microsoft MDS · ERWIN *Other Qualifications* • Needs strong technical and soft skills • 5 years of experience in data modeling, database development, T-SQL, writing ad-hoc queries SQL Server preferred, ETL design and development SSIS preferred • 5 years of experience in 3 years Data Architecture experience • Overall understanding of SOA • Ability to quickly understand data and how it is used in the business in order to appropriately categorize and make decisions around the data • Ability to build rapport with business users quickly build their trust and facilitate buy-in • Ability to clearly articulate decisions made by project teams whatwhy and document appropriately and concisely • High attention to detail • Experience working with a diverse workforce. Must be respectful and inclusive to everyone *Preferred Qualifications* • Overall understanding of Upstream Oil and Gas operations, as this knowledge will be extremely valuable to the candidate.
