Quick Timeline. Will hire quickly. Accountabilities in this role: • Design, development, and implementation of a new eCommerce Search Platform that simplifies how data is extracted from source systems, indexed for searching, and leveraged to deliver targeted search results while enabling customers to find products more effectively. • Partner with other eCommerce development and business teams to integrate other functional capabilities (ex: Marketing, Content Management) with eCommerce Search to maximize revenue-generating opportunities. • Assist in the definition and implementation of a roadmap that enables the eCommerce Search Platform to be leveraged. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience. • 6+ years of experience working with Java and J2EE web services. • Experience with IBM Commerce Search, Apache Solr, and/or Oracle Endeca is desirable. • Strong knowledge of SQL. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem resolution skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills.
