*Interview mode: Phone than F2F.Job Description:*We’re seeking a Technical Analyst with a strong technical understanding of *eCommerce, Content Management Systems (CMS) or Catalog Management Systems. * As a Technical Analyst you should possess a blend of business and technical knowledge, have a big-picture vision and the drive to make the vision into reality. The Technical Analyst will have extensive experience mapping business requirements to technical specifications, developing Functional Specifications and writing User Stories consistent with Agile Scrum standards. To be successful, you will need to have outstanding communication skills, quickly to able take complex requirements from a range of stakeholders and distill them into a prioritized list of deliverable stories, producing excellent documentation and having the confidence to challenge assumptions and direction from business stakeholders when their needs are not technically achievable. In this role, as the Technical Analyst you will be working closely with a Product Manager from the Online Store business team, and a Tech Lead and one or more ScrumMasters from Engineering to develop and manage product backlogs that will be used by Scrum Teams to build high-quality technical products that delight our customers and stakeholders. The ideal Technical Analyst candidate will also be a natural problem-solver who always looks for ways to deliver the highest possible quality outcomes whilst taking into account the importance of speed (time to market), cost-effectiveness (profitability) and user experience (quality). The ideal Technical Analyst candidate must have excellent technical analysis and user story writing skills, and be able to operate in a complex environment with rapidly changing priorities. *The Technical Analyst will also have the following characteristics:* 5+ years' experience of technical and functional analysis in a complex software project environment.* ** 3+ years' experience of working with Scrum development.* * Certified Product Owner (CPO) or similar qualification in product ownership or analysis is a big plus. * Excellent written and presentation skills - able to communicate effectively with engineers and business stakeholders..
