*Mandatory : *Load Runner, Performance Center *JD* - The Performance Tester will be responsible for the execution of performance tests (load, volume, stress, capacity and scalability) that meet and exceed business requirements. - Execution of performance test scripts, and the creation of performance testing artifacts including test strategy and test plans, test cases, test execution reports, defect/issues reports, action/item reports. - Ensuring that testing meets project milestone deadlines and manages any risk to those dates. - Provides expertise on performance testing tools and capabilities. - Collaborate with other teams. - Must have a broad knowledge of performance testing methodology and tools (preferably LoadRunner / HP Performance tool), with an understanding of various technologies and architecture. - Should be comfortable writing simple to mid-level SQL queries. - This position requires a person who is highly skilled at handling complex technical situations and has exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Direct scripting experience employing protocols HTTP, Web Services - Desirable to have programming exposure to any/all of the following programming languages: C/C++, Java, VB, ASP, JSF and/or .NET. - Hands-on experience with performance test simulations, performance analysis, performance tuning, performance monitoring in a n-tier environment. -- Thanks & Regards.
