Solid understanding of reuse and portability in terms of enterprise solutions seeking to determine and develop repeatable, efficient and optimal ways of implementing Pega. Subject Matter Expert that acts as a resource to the organization; pro-actively responds to ad-hoc questions from the field. Specialized knowledge within industry domain and frameworks. Backs decisions with research and the "why . Can articulate several options, the pro's and con's for each, and a recommendation. Keeps PRPC knowledge on latest versions, features, etc. Develops solutions architecture. Able to consult with C level BPM reference architecture. Always thinking ahead, understands where the business is going and how technology can help. Ability to influence right choices. Mindful of when to integrate with other products versus using PRPC for end to end solution, presenting best architecture to meet desired outcome. Mentor (10%): Acts as the coach and mentor to all team members on their assigned project tasks as well as technical staff. Ability to inspire and build a team. Lead the application development team. Conducts product work reviews. Required Qualifications: 7 years of progressively responsible experience or Masters with 4 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions. Expertise in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications. Expertise in a variety of technologies, Including, but not limited to, WebSphere or Weblogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL. Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles. Experience leading in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Specialization in a functional area or industry domain. Completion of training and certification in PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC) System Architect (CSA); PRPC Senior System Architect (CSSA); Methodology Black Belt (CMBB); and Customer Process Manager Architect (CPM) and PRPC Lead System Architect (CLSA). *Additional Preferred Qualifications:* Prior consulting or client service delivery experience. *Education:* BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
