*Location: Albany, NY 12232 * *Mandatory Requirements* 60-84 Months Experience as a Technical Architect · Technical expert centered around a technology, technologies or a portfolio of applications · Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education *Desired Requirements* · Minimum 72 months designing, architecting, and guiding the implementation of high-end, scalable, robust applications and solutions using Oracle Forms and Reports. · Minimum 72 months experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions. · Minimum 72 months programming experience using complex Oracle DBMS (schemas with 20 or more tables).
