Role:Oracle RPAS / Oracle MOM solutions with SCM Location : Seattle WA Duration : 3-6 Months Job Description As a Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required o Proven Technical Skills in following: o Oracle – RPAS, MOM 13 [RMS, SIM, RTM, RPM, RIM] solutions (Primary) o Supply Chain and Demand Planning (Secondary) o Supply chain Management o Excellent Communication ( verbal and written) and presentation skills o Excellent Client/ Stake Holder Management skills o Excellent grasp of system and able to comprehend it and convert it into design and guide the teams on design and build o Detail and Process Oriented Performer and Go-getter o Effectively identifies the potential risks and issues even before they could occur, and communicates the same, follows them up with various stake holders to get the closure on them. o Exhibits excellent Leadership traits to set the standards of Lead by Example o Mentors, inspires, and nurtures the teams (offshore, and onsite) to effectively build great teams, and knows when to delegate. o Must have an eye for detail to do the technical reviews of various deliverables. o Must have played role of onsite lead in at least one of the large-scale Engagement Preferred o Techno Functional Lead, the person should have an overall experience of 8-10 years, with relevant experience of 4-6 years spanning across various implementation/ maintenance/support /extension Projects in Oracle Retail in various roles.
