*Duration: 24 Months Contract* *Mandatory Requirements* 84+ months Experience as a Project Manager - Overseeing projects compromised of multiple deliverables - Delegating and coordinating of tasks - Project status, meetings, scope changes, issues Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field *Desired Requirements* · Demonstrated work experience managing complex, multi-year IT projects with multiple work streams and internal and external stakeholders expectations on a diverse project team. · Demonstrated work experience communicating project status to IT Leadership and briefing the Project Steering Committee and Agency Executive Staff as required. · Demonstrated Project Management experience, with *Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification.* · Demonstrated work experience using project management tools for business analysis/requirements gathering and process improvement, preferably Lean/6 Sigma techniques. · Demonstrated work experience creating project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures using MS Project. · Demonstrated work experience configuring, administering and reporting with HP Quality Center and Share Point. · Demonstrated work experience implementing the phases of the NYS Project Management Guidebook and fulfilling ITS Service Now reporting requirements. · Demonstrated work experience with Oracle and APEX application development ensuring software quality with unit/system and regression testing. · Demonstrated work experience implementing the Agile/SCRUM methodology/framework.
