Looking for Junior to mid-level PHP folks with CakePHP experience.
Laravel and Lithium MVC frameworks are similar, so folks with that
background could work too.
Having deep knowledge with HTML5/CSS3/jQuery are nice too.
- *Responsibilities*
- Building beautiful, interactive pages that reach hundreds of
thousands of users every month
- Developing scalable, robust and maintainable back-end systems,
including payment, analytics, scheduling and email
- Work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects across the
technology stack

*Requirements*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Expert with object-oriented PHP and MySQL
- Experience working with MVC frameworks (e.g., CakePHP)
- Experience with front-end development in HTML5, CSS3 and JQuery
- Experience using GitHub
- Basic knowledge of system administration in Linux and Apache

- Design and implement web platform system with a focus on the back-end,
and ability to work on the front-end as well.
- Evaluate, test and implement components, integration points for
e-commerce store.
- Design, develop, and build infrastructure on the principles of the
application.
- Enhancement and maintenance of existing web applications.
- Collaborate with design and development teams
- Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative,
maintainable code.
What You Need for this Position:
-
*2-3 years' experience with Magento development - 3-5 years of PHP
development*.
*- Certified Magento Developer Credentials Preferred*
- HTML best practices for accessibility, SEO, and tag diversity
- Strong E-Commerce experience
- Advanced proficiency in HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and
Responsive Design
- Basic Knowledge in PHP, MySQL, XML
- Very comfortable with version control concepts and software (specifically
git)
- Ability to work in both an individual and a collaborative environment
- Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple job tasks
simultaneously, manage multiple priorities and projects and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving
environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to
communicate technical issues to non-technical people
