*Location: Madison, WI.Duration: 6-12+ Months On-Site contract plus extension* *Interview mode: Phone than Skype.Job Description:*Seeking an energetic and self-motivated HR Business Analyst persons to analyze, Define and document business and system processes on a PeopleSoft to Workday ERP migration project, Help formulate system migration impact. Participation in various testing functions is also included. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. The candidate MUST be comfortable interacting with multiple vendors in various time-zones. This role will require knowledge of HR ERP and HR Financial systems processes, the ability to document current/future processes, and the ability to communicate those processes to others. A thorough understanding of how these processes are implemented in PeopleSoft and Workday is essential. *Responsibilities:* *The Workday Business Analyst for Finance is responsible for understanding and documenting PeopleSoft HR ERP processes that will migrate to Workday, analyze gaps derive impact and potential remediation. * *Key activities include:* • Elicit and document requirements • Perform business impact analysis • Incorporate impact analysis into corporate change management and communication plan • Monitor testing activities and evaluate results *Desired Qualifications* *• Core PeopleSoft and Workday system exposure & familiarity.
