1.ETL Technical Lead/Architect in the Bay Area if you can assist.

This will be for 1-3 years.



*Primary Responsibilities:*

·     Provides leadership to technical team in designing, developing and
testing technical ETL solution

·     Provides best-practice technical approach based on a thorough
understanding of relevant technologies as they relate to the solution
environment and project requirements

*Qualifications:*

·       At least 7 years' experience with technical aspects of solution
architecture, planning and delivery in a complex IT environment leading
large projects, including:

§  Solution design and documentation

§  Data migration

§  Workstream monitoring

§  Test planning

§  Performance tuning

§  Deployment and cutover

·       Proven ability to lead technical teams

·       Ability to work effectively with multiple end users and departments
across the globe and communicate in business terms to arrive at technical
solution.

·       5+ years working with the following technical tools:

·       Oracle and Advanced PL/SQL

·       Database design

·       ETL design and development

·     Java a plus

·     Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

·     Complete understanding of RDBMS concepts and different data models

·     BS or MS in Computer Science or related field

*Position Information*

1. Description of day to day tasks*:

·         Part of team responsible for migrating data to legacy systems new
enterprise contract management system.

·         The ideal candidate will have significant experience with the
process of merging data from disparate systems into a consolidated
application database and be capable of representing themselves as an expert
in this area to our project team and to our client.

·         Includes analysis of data resident in multiple legacy systems and
identification of efficient strategies to migrate and consolidate these
data, taking into account that each legacy system may contain a necessary
portion of data, and that duplicates may exist between legacy systems
requiring resolution.

·         The candidate will be skilled in the use of advanced SQL for
analysis purposes and be able to quickly learn the appropriate data model
associated with each source and target system.

·         Following the initial data analysis, the candidate will own the
process of making recommendations for migration/consolidation, for
presenting the recommended strategies to the client's business team and
gaining consensus, for executing the migration/consolidation process and
appropriately dealing with issues that arise.

·         The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the intended
results are achieved and will use SQL to analyze the target system to
validate the target system and identify any issues with the consolidated
data.

5+ years' experience as a data analyst, including demonstrated expertise
working with business users, gathering data requirements, facilitating work

consensus throughout the data migration/consolidation process

Familiarity with the unique challenges associated with data harmonization
and reconciliation including customer, product and contract data.

B.A./B.S in a relevant field.

Expertise with SQL for the purpose of analyzing data resident in legacy
source systems as well as the target system. Must be adaptable to quickly
learn the data models associated with each system.
