Please share the resume to* [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Position : Sr. Web Analytics consultant.* *Location : **Richfield MN* *Duration : 6 months* Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects within an agile release environment. - Experience presenting and reporting to Sr. Management. - Use full ecosystem of data sources, internal and external, to "connect the dots" as it relates to all consumer touch points and identify opportunities for tangible business improvements. - Leverage business knowledge and analytical skills to translate complex results into clear insights and actions for decision-makers. - Monitor quality of analyses to continually improve personal output and that of the department. - Build influence with product team while championing the needs of the customer and the online channel. - Use internal and external data sources to analyze online customer browse behavior. - Synthesize multiple sources of data as well as large data sets. - Develop reports, tools and metrics to track website performance, business trends, customer behavior and other key success indicators. - Strong understanding of tools and data capture methodologies. Collaborate with Digital Analytics Technology team on business requirements and implementation strategies for each release cycle. - Routinely QAs own work to high quality standards and ensures integrity of the information. Troubleshoot any data issues related to tracking and reporting. - Provide training and support on reporting tools and online data sources to the product team. - Facilitate knowledge transfer by maintaining a repository of analyses. - Keep up to date on developments in marketing, ecommerce and retail industries, in particular industry trends related to online browse activities. - Provide guidance and mentoring to others in the department. - Participate in process development and team building activities. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics OR related field or equivalent work experience - 3-4 years of experience working in web analytics or related area. Working in Retail industry or with multi-channel data strongly desired. - Proficiency with a web analytics tool (e.g. Adobe, Coremetrics, Webtrends or Google Analytics). - High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. *Preferred Qualifications:* - 1 or more years’ experience with A/B or multivariate testing tools and technologies - 1 or more years’ experience with Voice of Customer/Customer Satisfaction/site feedback tools and their integration into web analytics systems - Web Analytics Certification - Experience in SAS, SPSS, R or other advanced analytics software package desired. - Experience/familiarity with concepts of database design and SQL.
