* Type of Hire: 6 Months Contract ** * Key Skills –* IBM Filenet P8, IBM Content Collector (ICC), IBM Enterprise Records (RM)* *Required Skills & Experience:* Experienced Design, Configuration, Administration FileNet P8 5.1 Experienced Design, Configuration, Administration IBM Content Collector (ICC) – File System and Email Archival Experienced Design, Configuration, Administration IBM Enterprise Records (IER) Work with business analysts, developers, project manager, and users to capture, define, and document business and system requirements Work with other technology areas to facilitate integration with external systems Exposure in developing and configuring Custom Applications and Web Services in order to customize Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on FileNet P8, ICC, IER to diagnose issues and rectify them Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on application and web servers to diagnose issues and rectify them Ability to communicate well with team members and business users Must be willing to work on-site in Auburn Hills, MI and Livonia, MI *Desired Skills & Experience:* At least four years of experience with the following ECM technologies : (Design, Development, Implementation, Administration, Support) IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager 5.x IBM FileNet P8 Business Process Manager 5.x IBM Content Navigator 2.0.2 IBM Content Collector 3.0 IBM Enterprise Records 5.1 *Preferred:* At least six years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
