*Position : SAP FICO Lead * *Location: Sulligent, AL*
*Duration:9+ months* *Citizens Only* *10+ years of overall SAP experience. Multiple international SAP Plant roll-outs leveraging SAP best Practices. Should be conversant with Discrete and Equipment handling Machinery Manufacturing processes.* - *Detailed knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling, especially in manufacturing, Inventory management, WM and Intercompany processes. Hands on experience in configuration of CoA, GL, PC/CC, COPA, Product Costing, AP, AR etc. is a must. Knowledge of New GL and BPC is a plus.* - *Fluent in written and verbal communications and interpersonal soft skills. Should be able to create solution briefs and articulate the end to end process design to C-Levels and Business Users * - *Experienced with working on Solution Manager templates for roll-outs and recommending rationalization/simplification of FICO processes across various BU’s.* - *Must be willing to travel and be able to communicate in process language with Plant Personnel* - *Experienced in data migration in FICO processes. Knowledge of Winshuttle is a plus.* - *Responsible throughout design, development of Functional Specs, Test scripts (UT & IT) and testing and cutover. Should be hands-on with Testing techniques.* - *Experience with leading a team across different process areas, interacting and managing offshore teams.* - *Coordination with Project team stakeholders - Business / Data Owners, SAP Functional teams, SAP ABAP / Basis teams, ETL teams, Legacy data team etc.* *Job Level Specific Duties* * • Leads large scale corporate-wide or complex business systems and application upgrades, enhancements, developments and installations. • Reviews and approves cost and time estimates for implementation and development of projects. • Serves as the subject matter expert and consulting resource for the organization. • Works on applications and business problems that are highly complex and diverse in scope, and may include any project size, multiple applications, multiple I/T segments, contractors, global rollout, new technologies and new architectures. Typical Years of Experience • Typically requires 8-10 years relevant experience. Minimum Education and Certifications • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Graduate degree preferred. Skills • Expert knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Expert analytical / problem solving skills. • Exceptional ability to identify and evaluate existing and potential IT and business challenges. • Exceptional influencing and communication skills. Exceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Advanced client service attitude and leadership capabilities. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
