The required candidate will be able to code Sybase SQL objects (SQL
queries, stored procedures, views, etc) for a Marketing Materials
generation system
The role is part of an initiative to build a central DataMart (pulling data
from multiple sources) that will allow users to view and approve data,
generate output files, and generate reports.
Must have at least 5 years working in a large Sybase RDBMS. Must have 5
years experience writing complex stored procedures and triggers.
*Skills Required:*
· Proficient in Sybase
· Skilled at writing complex/advance SQL and components
· Queries
· Stored Procedures
· Views
· Etc
· Data Modelling
· Database Development and General Administration
· Extensively developed Stored Procedures and Triggers, data feeds
to downstream system
· Database Design / Modeling / Migration
· Handling large databases, Data {ingestion massaging},
intra-query parallelism
· Extensive Experience in Database Optimization and Performance
Tuning
· Data Service experience is a plus
· HANA Modeling experience is a plus
