*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
- Minimum of 8+ years experiences in infrastructure topics in Databases
and business intelligence solutions
- 5+ years’ experience in Architecture and designing of global DW, BI,
OLTP and OLAP MS SQL and Oracle databases technologies.
- Demonstrated expert level-knowledge assisting customers in
architecting, planning, testing and deploying Microsoft SQL Cluster, Oracle
RAC, EDW using PDW, Big data analytics, Hadoop, IBM BigInsight, Tableau,
Tibco Spotfire and SAS solutions with focus on infrastructure aspects.
- Experience overseeing (from a technical infrastructure perspective)
multiple projects.
- SQL 2012 BI Edition at a minimum, SQL Server 2014 in-memory a plus
- Experience with large scale DW appliance solutions (SQL PDW,
Teradata, Netezza) a plus
- Experimentation with Streaming and NoSQL technologies as well as
Hadoop distributions is a major plus
- Several years hands-on SQL Server development experience including:
- DW schema design, implementation and optimization
- ETL framework design, implementation and management
- Physical implementation, optimization, backup, DR strategies
- Advanced SQL Server features such as “always-on” technologies,
scalability, audit and compliance
- Design, develop and deploy SSIS packages
- Design, develop and deploy SSRS and PowerPivot solutions
- SharePoint and .Net development experience is a plus
- Fluent in relational database architecture/design, clustering, RAC
concepts
- Database Technology: SQL Server, Hadoop, Streaming, NoSQL etc.
- ETL Technology: SSIS, Informatica
- BI Technology: SSRS, SSAS, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Tibco Spotfire
§ Experience with any of the following is a plus: Cloud IaaS/PaaS, Azure,
O365, Cloud Integration etc.
- Experience facilitating meetings with internal customers and technical
staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises when
necessary.
Demonstrated ability to understand a customer's needs and articulate
messaging technologies to key stakeholders

- Solid interpersonal communication and organizational skills required
to operate as a contributing member of global technical teams that deliver
quality services.
- Technical skills in designing, documenting, supporting, and
implementing directory infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of organizational structure of the firm to facilitate work
with groups outside of the immediate technical team.
- Possess an understanding of IT Services: service offerings, technical
standards and policies, technical and business strategies as well as
organizational structure.
- Extensive experience with Java/J2EE, LDAP, Oracle Identity Manager 11g
- In-depth experience architecting, implementing, and maintaining Oracle
Identity Manager 11g on Linux and Weblogic server.
- Extensive experience setting up, implementing, and troubleshooting
provisioning workflows, roles, and policies
- Experience in designing, developing, testing, integration, and
troubleshooting of infrastructure and applications using OIM
- Experience with Business Intelligence Publisher a plus
- Forefront Identity Manager experience also a plus
Certified Information Systems Security Profesional (CISSP) certification
a plus
- Intermediate scripting skills, including Visual Basic and Java or
C++. Powershell is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills, strong sense of
teamwork, and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of networking, including DNS, WINS, firewalls,
DMZ, public and private networks, and VPNs.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
- Ability to work with virtual teams spanning multiple geographies,
cultures, and time zones
- Fluent spoken and written English
