*Job Title: Oracle ADF Lead Developer*

*Duration : 8 months*

*Location: Northfield, IL*



This role requires team coordination and technical subject matter
expertise. Looking for an ADF developer to build a custom application
centered around the Oracle EBS Customer data files (TCA).  The ideal
candidate would have the following experience:



   - 5+ years’ experience as a developer for ADF implementations
   - The ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore IT teams including
   application development, testing, operations, security and compliance and
   project management office as well as business customers.
   - Experience in developing solutions using Oracle SOA (Service Oriented
   Architecture) - Oracle Fusion Middleware (Oracle SOA Suite 10g, Oracle SOA
   Suite 11g) with Oracle BPEL, Mediator or OSB
   - Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Analysis,
   Design, and Development and Testing of applications in SOA, Java, J2EE and
   other related technologies
   - Strong experience working on XSLT transformation, writing custom
   templates within XSL
   - Significant experience with database design and programming with
   Oracle, JDBC, SQL/PL-SQL
   - Knowledge and experience working with the Oracle EBS Customer /
   Trading Community Architecture tables, version 12.1.3
   - Highly motivated, detail oriented, has ability to work independently
   and as a part of the team with excellent technical, analytical, and
   communication skills
   - This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Viewed as a technical expert or advisor for one or more applications.
• Participates on (and may lead) projects where analysis of systems or data
requires an in-depth evaluation of complex business process, system
process, and industry standards.
• Regularly mentors and reviews work of less experienced team members.
• Executes schedules, costs and documentation to ensure assigned projects
come to successful conclusion.
• Initiates corrective action to stay on project schedules.

*Typical Years of Experience*

• Typically requires 6-8 years relevant experience.

*Minimum Education and Certifications*

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.

*Skills*

• Possesses and applies broad knowledge of applications programming
principles.
• Competent to analyze diverse and complex problems.
• Competent to work in all phases of applications programming.
• Knowledge includes advanced work on standard applications programs
including coding, testing and debugging.
• Advanced ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors.
• Advanced understanding of how technology decisions relate to business
needs.
