*Job Title: SAP BW Developer- HR Guided Analytics 1* *Start Date: 6/15/2015* *End Date: 9/30/2016* *Location:Mason, MI, US* *Qualifications:* · Minimum of 10+ years’ of experience in SAP BW · Deep hands-on experience with SAP BW. Demonstrated ability in defining complex multi-dimensional models, including InfoCubes, DSOs, MultiProviders, Master Data with hierarchies, navigation and time-dependent attributes, transformations, User Exits and process chain set up. · Good Understanding of SAP HR Module · Aware of BW Standard content for HR Module · Perform analysis and design; write technical specifications; configuration and programming in the SAP/BI environment, including testing and implementation. · Design data structures to optimize data load times and end-user data access response times · Design processes to minimize data quality risks and proactively identify potential data issues · Monitor, communicate and troubleshoot issues with data integrity, data design, and technical software issues. · Prepare project related documentation (functional design, technical design, test scripts) during the different stages of a project.
