*QA Support Analyst*

*6 Months (Possibility of extension)*



•              Telecom cable domain experience is required

•              CSG billing or Sigma or OSM experience.

•              Ability to resolve issues by analyzing log files and
reviewing solution cartridges - stuck orders, stuck amendments, XQuery
errors etc and identify root cause/recommend solutions.

•              Candidate should know OSM best practices and provide
oversight to Customer resources.
