If you have demonstrated experience in creating high-performance teams, driven to perform at their fullest potential and creatively drive customer solutions while delivering exceptional customer service, we want to talk to you. *Key Areas of Responsibility include:* · Participate in discovery meetings with client and representatives and gathers documentation related to business processes, functional requirements and workflows for mid- to large-scale system development projects · Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, used cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. · Manage and track changes to system requirements throughout the development, testing and maintenance lifecycle, maintaining accurate documentation at all times · Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organisation and industry. · Identifies client organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement. · Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. · Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements. · Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. · Communicates needed changes to development team. · Ability to challenge users, business analysts and others, to achieve appropriate and desired solution for the business. · Maintain continuous communication with customer and developers throughout development and testing lifecycle to ensure final product meets requirements and expected outcomes of the client. · Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. · Manage applications on a day to day basis to ensure the availability and effectiveness of the applications in the domains to meet business needs. · Manages resources in accordance with project schedule. · Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications. · Estimate analysis resource needs and provide input into project planning. · Coordinate in trouble shooting for MQ issues and work with application development team in resolving the problem. · Provide technical diagrams, artifacts, mockups, etc., to accompany business requirement documents. · Document customer requirements clearly using Word, Visio diagrams, flowcharts or other established tools and techniques. · Manage and track changes to system requirements throughout the development, testing and maintenance lifecycle, maintaining accurate documentation at all times. · Experience on Implementation of complex and comprehensive solutions for enterprise MQ messaging flows. · Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design. · Understands how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other. · Develop and execute functional, regression and System Integration (end to end) test scenarios and test cases. · Testing integration points between internal and external systems. · Create test plans for code migrations and assist in testing of the application at the DEV, QA and PROD migrations. · Exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems. · Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mind-sets. · Assist in quality assurance and defining strategy and risks. Provide significant contributions in the new software or enhancements to existing software. * BASIC QUALIFICATIONS* · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, experience in *IBM Integration Bus *with retail Industry knowledge · Has strong understanding of MQ series. Experience with Integration platforms like MQ Series.
