Pls send me profiles on [email protected] only *Responsibilities* ü Develop and maintain Data Repositories using Oracle database programming skills with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, SQL Loader, Sync Sort and Linux shell scripting. ü Provide business expertise for the development of Business Intelligence solutions ü Provide technical expertise to the development and implementation of solutions using basic dimensional modeling techniques, make recommendations for improvements in these areas when necessary. ü Provide technical support for existing Data Warehouse ETL (Extract, transform, load) processes. ü Assure quality of design and implementation of projects. ü Trouble-shoot application software/hardware problems as they apply to design, implementation, or installation activities. ü Schedules and coordinate application maintenance activities. ü Participate in on-call, overnight off-hour production problem resolution activities. ü Follow DMS related standards and procedures, knows where they are located, and incorporates them; follows ETS software development processes. ü Research, evaluate, and test new software and DW related tools and facilities as they pertain to the existing DW environment and applications. ü Monitor current DW applications and develop procedures, where necessary, to improve the DW environment as required. ü Identify and supports quality improvement initiatives. ü Perform other assignments to comply with the IS&T corporate purpose and mission to add business value, increase revenue, decrease costs, improve productivity, and support the strategic initiative/directive. ü Comply with all ETS security and audit standards. ü Manage the work of ETS vendors to achieve quality results at a market based price using ETS SR&T policies and procedures. *Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses: * ü Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required Master’s degree is preferred *Relevant Years of Experience Required: * ü 8 to 10 years of related experience in IT or a related field ü 5 years of advanced Oracle PL/SQL is required. ü 5 years of applicable Data Warehouse Experience is desireable *Other Requirements:* ü Must have extensive knowledge in Oracle database programming skills with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL and SQL Loader. ü Must have extensive knowledge in advanced Oracle PL/SQL to maintain existing processes and create new ETL processes. ü Must have extensive Oracle knowledge for performance tuning. ü Must have extensive technical skills in Unix and Linux environment. ü Must have strong knowledge of UNIX/LINUX shell scripting. ü Must have Sync Sort for UNIX/LINUX. ü Experience with Data Warehouse implementations and ETL skills.
