Solid understanding of Customer Master Data Management (MDM) architectures and processes. 2. Understanding of applications/interfaces, and the relationship they create for data sharing 3. Work closely with the Application Architects, Developers, Operations and DBAs in a collaborative environment 4. Identifying business requirements for enterprise-wide customer based master data and managing those requirements to final implementation 5. Customer Master Data Management project experience from a business perspective and familiarity with the principals of MDM business solution design 6. Gather information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose details and abstract to higher-level understanding 7. Experience with CRM (customer relationship management) and CDI (customer data integration) tools and processes are a plus. 8. Designing data conversion strategies, mapping and cleansing workshops 9. Participating in business process analysis and design for customer, including testing, training and support procedures 10. Participating in system integration testing 11. Preparing and conducting user acceptance testing 12. 7+ years of experience with technical, business and data analysis skills with specific focus on customer data *REQUIREMENT 2:* Location: Austin, TX Duration: 6+ months 1. Very good understanding of EBO/EBM and AIA development and deployment including custom ABCS 2. Proficiency in application tools/languages such as: JDeveloper, Eclipse/OEPE, SOAP, SOAPUI, BPEL, XML, XSD, UDDI, XSLT, REST/JSON, JMS, Unit testing frameworks 3. Hands-on experience with XML, XSD and Xquery 4. Experience writing test case documents and testing using CAVS, SOAP UI etc 5. Strong FMW Experience in Oracle SOA Suite 11g (Web Services, BPEL, Mediators, and Composites) and AIA 3.X 6. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Customer MDM and Order to Cash PIPs and work experience extending Customer MDM PIP. 7. Develop and implement technical frameworks such as security policies, Error Handling, Logging, Monitoring and Audit and Notification framework 8. Very good knowledge of FMW 11g adapters –File, DB adapter, JMS adapter, Siebel JCA adapter 9. Strong knowledge of design patterns 10. Must have good understanding on AIA code deployment using AIA deployment scripts and must be able to develop deployment scripts 11. 10+ years of Oracle SOA Suite, with AIA implementation experience 12. At least three implementations end to end 13. Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills in Oracle SOA Suite and AIA 14. Experience in integration with Siebel CRM using web services and Siebel adapter with AIA/PIP 15. Very good experience in creating design and mapping documents 16. Experience with Web logic server including scripting 17. Experience in using OER & OSR or any other Repository. 18. Experience in developing solution designs and integration flows, detailed technical designs using Visio, MS Word and PPT *REQUIREMENT 4:* *Need Oracle Fusion / Oracle HCM Technical Consultant at *San Francisco, CA for 6 Months Contract Oracle Fusion HCM technical consultant with integration experience *REQUIREMENT 5: * *Need Oracle Taleo Functional Consultant at San Francisco, CA for 3 Months Contract* Excellent knowledge/experience of Taleo (TBE) and related modules with proven project delivery through full lifecycle from requirements through deployment/support Functional knowledge of Taleo including online configurations, with technical understand of the Taleo archtecture (e.g. zones) and Integration to Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM.
