*TECHNICAL SKILLS:*

•              Minimum of 4 years of software development lifecycle
experience and experience working with AS/400 systems

•              Expert in RPG ILE and RPG free concepts/designs.

•              Experience with ODBC, DB2/400, SQL, XML AND EDI.

•              Team lead experience that includes mentoring and training.

•              Outstanding communication skills (listening, speaking and
writing).

•              Systems Analysis skills are a MUST.

•              Analyze and resolve production issues in existing systems

•              Maintains application design specifications.

•              Anticipates future application development needs to improve
and update the current systems.

•              Documents development requirements for database,
applications and operation system environment.

•              Demonstrates expertise in a variety of fields, concepts,
practices and procedures.

•              Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals.

•              Ability to align business objectives with the IT
infrastructure.

•              Possess an innovative and creative attitude and the ability
to work independently.

•              Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving
skills.

•              Interacts well with end users to test and debug applications
to meet the user’s needs.

•              Excellent inter-personal skills (people skills)

•              Excellent communication skills

•              Creative problem solving and influencing skills



Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for organizing and implementing the ongoing Technical Lead and
Application Subject Matter Expert Responsibilities:

•              Interact with Business users, Business Analysts, Technical
Leads and support groups to understand and support the Business operations
and application interfaces

•              Team lead experience that includes mentoring and training

•              Guide  the onshore and offshore teams

•              Monitor and support the underlying infrastructure

•              Self-motivated and inspire team to achieve group goals

•              Positive attitude towards work

•              Business savvy and detail oriented
