Duration:- 6+ Month ===================== *JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-* · 8+ years of experience with SAP and at least 2+ years in US · 4+ years of experience as SAP Project Lead or Cross Functional Team Lead/Project Manager · Three Full life-cycle implementations of SAP SD related projects, experience with country-specific projects a plus · In-depth knowledge of SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) and good working knowledge of other areas, e.g. P2P (Procure-to-Pay), Logistics, FI, etc. · Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills · Experience with ECC SD pricing condition technique and configuration in standard and non-standard implementations and EDI/Idoc knowledge · Excellent business process knowledge, SAP configuration, development and E2E Integration Testing skills. · Must be an excellent team player with proven skills in collaboration with large and global cross-functional teams. · Worked closely with Data Warehouse, ABAP, Basis and other teams in design and implementation of SAP SD functionalities. · Prior experience with Retail application solutions is a plus · Ability to work in an fast-paced, changing, team environment and manage changes to scope or requirements effectively. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail are required · Cross-functional team lead experience important, excellent business process knowledge, SAP configuration, development and E2E Integration Testing skills · Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks or work on multiple projects · Ability to playback designs and system developments solutions to an audience of business users with 10-20 people *Primary responsibilities will include: Manage/lead a team of analysts to:* · Support business during requirements gathering to understand their needs and provide guidance is needed. · Perform functional and technical analysis of the requirements and propose appropriate design/technical solution. · Ensure project scope is clearly defined, reasonable budget and timelines are established for the given scope, and team is resourced effectively to deliver the solution within the established budget and timeline. · Create and manage project plan, deliverables, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans. · Manage the day-to-day project activities including scope, conflicting priorities, issue escalations, status reporting, and meeting facilitations. · Demonstrate ownership and accountability by providing direct contribution, but also leading a team and/or project or influencing other cross functional leads to perform and complete deliverables on-time and within budget. · Produce implementation Lessons Learned and Knowledge Sharing documentations to capitalize prior implementation efforts. · Support multiple projects/activities in parallel as needed ================================== *In case you are not looking for the change at this point of time please refer your colleagues, Friends etc.* *Regards,* *Deepak* *IDC Technologies, Inc* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *408-418-5778 ext-3001* Gtalk:deep.cit71 YIM:deepak_cit22 https://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=195002507 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Resource Center" group.
