*TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:*



·         Resolve tickets - stand. objects and customization, workflow,
validation rules, VF pages, interfaces etc and complete functional
capabilities

·         Analyze tickets, conduct RCA and suggest remediation plan

·         Engage in client interactions as onsite SFDC SPOC from onsite

·         Identify all new features of SFDC releases that can be
implemented in client environment



*ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*

·         Onsite Technical Salesforce SPOC   (Primary for DuPont with some
overlook for Chemours)

·         Should have project management skills for managing onsite team
and working in onsite offshore model
