Job Title: Sr. QA Analyst Location : Alpharetta, GA Duration: Long Term Interview Type: In-Person Interview Explanation for Position: · The role of the Senior QA Analyst is to perform and/or coordinate system verification test activities. · Additionally, the Senior QA Analyst is responsible for establishing, maintaining and implementing the test methods and procedures necessary for the verification of business applications. · Planning testing tasks and procedures as well as maintaining Microsoft project plans is required. · The successful candidate must have extensive experience in testing Web Services and XML and testing web-based applications in a J2EE environment. Managing Others Health and Safety I.S. and the Co Details of Position: · Advanced technical skills; including system development lifecycle methodology & testing knowledge; · Advanced skills are required in the area of application development & testing practices. · A successful candidate needs to have excellent analytical capabilities, interpersonal & oral/written communication skills · Extensive knowledge of testing web services and XML in a UNIX/Java with Oracle and/or DB2 environment is required. · An advanced knowledge for use of -- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer); · Defect Tracking Tool (Serena Team Track); Configuration Management System (PVCS Version Manager);Testing Tools (Client Quality Center, Client Quick Test Pro, Load Runner); · Ability to configure or customize tools. · The candidate must have ability to work within a dynamic environment and work well with small interactive teams as well as work under duress. Management Skills: Must be self-managed and be capable of managing small 2-4 person teams. Will not be managing teams however.
