*6-12 months.* *More hands on, Less PM* **Peoplesoft Experience Huge!!!* * Client is undertaking Finance Transformation program to equip finance department for future and enable them support changing business needs. As part of this program, we are looking for an exceptional candidate to be part of the Finance transformation program. The experienced business analyst will be responsible for the transformation initiatives in foreign exchange analysis and global finance area. This candidate will work closely with the project management team as well as the key senior finance stakeholders. The individual will assist in the key initiatives in the global finance and Forex business area and the initiatives/projects include Migration of legacy AP, AR, billing and GL systems in Europe and Asia to the core global ERP platform (PeopleSoft Financials 9.1) by facilitating and building necessary functionality in the ERP system Define Fx Analysis and currency handling strategy for Clients’. implement solution to analyze financial results and determine the variance caused by forex rates on the P&l performance. This would include migration of Fx Analysis from budgeting & forecasting tool (TM1) to the global ERP platform (PeopleSoft Financials 9.1) Implement intercompany and transfer pricing and controls - the project would include doing complete analysis of the data in the system to determine types of intercompany transactions, set policies and guidance and establish necessary controls and reporting of such transactions · Participate in and lead requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders. · Produce quality use cases document, business requirement documents as well as do fit gab analysis. Get the required sign off from business · Envision and design the process and technology solutions to enable implementation of the various projects · Produce functional design documents and get the required sign off from business including functionality, business processes, related interfaces and any conversion that may be required · Create test plans and test scripts and assist with unit and system integration testing · Create solution presentations & conduct demos and training sessions on systems & business processes · Configure the systems to meet the specifications in the design documents · Hold and lead meetings with IT, business and project management teams to gather and review requirements/design, address open issues and close gaps · Represent business interests and ensure that all technical designs meet or exceed business needs · Drive towards on-time, quality deliverables in a dynamic business environment while actively managing stakeholder expectations · Proven working experience of 5 or more years as lead business analyst in a large global enterprise or a consulting organization in back end finance business, preferably in media industry · Strong functional knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 or above in General ledger and IBM’s TM1 budgeting & forecasting tool · Extensive experience in configuring ledgers, business units, intercompany rules and controls, foreign exchange analysis in PeopleSoft Financials. · Relevant experience in defining policies for capturing Fx rates and handling rate changes,, provide solutions to implement Fx Analysis in PeopleSoft Financials through configuring necessary currency rate tables and ledgers · Relevant experience in establishing policies, and implementing controls for inter company transactions and transfer pricing. · Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness . · Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills · Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications/collaboration tools *Thanks & Regards,* * Koushik Ram* * 6077 Frantz Road Ste. 105, Dublin, Ohio - 43017.* * PH : (614) 923 4862* * Direct : (234) 525 0286 Fax : (614) 761 7788 Email : [email protected] <[email protected]> * * URL : www.infovision21.com <http://www.infovision21.com/>* *ISO 9001, 27001 Registered, **MBE/EDGE Certified Ohio, GSA, Ohio STS Contract Holder.* This message is intended only for the individual or entity to which it is addressed.
