Exp.:- 10+ years ========================== *JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-* · 10+ years experience in MicroStrategy and need to have exposure to leading BI tools, Databases/Data warehouses in market & how do they differ from each other. · Understand business needs, current vs target BI/DW architecture/platforms, define/visualize database architecture, foresee future reporting needs and guide teams accordingly · Should have expertise in defining project estimates, create workplans, anticipate risks/assumptions. · Should have experience in over all BI architecture, creating quick POC solutions around business requirements/problems. · As a BI Architect, should be expert in building MicroStrategy schema objects, defining security patterns, reports & dashboards, interactive visual analytics, custom visualizations, in memory analytics/cubes, transactions/writeback functionalities and mobility solutions and set best practices on need basis. · Define & Maintain BI design patterns, standards, frameworks, reporting templates, analyze & suggest/guide solutions on various BI/DW problem statements. · Need to have capabilities to explore new product versions & features and define/suggest roadmaps/improvements to business/development teams. · Hands-on experience on integrating prompted reports/interactive dashboards to external web applications and portals with dynamic/derived/embedded security definitions. · Expertise is setting up automated business rule based alerts, dynamic subscriptions using distribution services. · Should have knowledge on BI automated scripts using command manager, operations/system manager, health center and enterprise manager tools. · Experience in building custom Java/SDK solutions, consume webservices, Xquery, jSON, subscriptions/schedules to interact with MicroStrategy reports/report service documents ========================================= *Job Position:- Micro Strategy **MSTR Developer* Location:- Charlotte, NC Exp.:- 7+ years ========================== *Role:-** MSTR Developer* *JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-* · Hands on experience in MicroStrategy Components like MSTR Architect, Desktop/Developer, MSTR Administration and Web · Experience in creating MicroStrategy Schema and application objects such as attributes, facts, metrics, prompts, filters, consolidations and custom groups · Experience in Report Services, Dynamic Dashboard, Report development and visualization · Good understanding and knowledge of dimensional data modeling, Data Warehouse and reporting techniques · Experience working with the full life cycle development process, which includes analysis, design, development and testing · Strong sql skills and ability to create simple to complex Schema Objects as per the requirements · Experience in working with Logical data models, different types of hierarchies in MicroStrategy · Experience in working with complex Micro Strategy reports using advanced filters, level metrics, transformation metrics and using pass through functions in the schema objects · Ability to troubleshoot and tune Micro Strategy reports to determine and fix data issues, incorrect joins and performance inssues · Ability to work with various business teams *Must Have Business Qualifications: * · Good Communication Skills. · Self starter who can independently complete assigned tasks without the need for follow ups.
