*Requirements :*
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and code superior technical solutions to meet business
requirements
• Create well designed, reusable objects
• Create efficient and logical databases for clients
• Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet
changing needs and requirements
• Communicate and enforce best practice coding standards
• Consistently deliver high-quality services to clients on schedule
• Communicate complex information effectively to team and clients
• Ability to scale the solution to the client’s goals and budget
• Utilize out of the box solutions first to minimize complexity of solution
• Test solution through the environments
• Develop SDLC documentation when required
• Create design documents and aid documentation to for maintenance post
go-live

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Professional standards-based web development using ASP.Net, HTML/HTML5,
CSS/CSS3, JQuery and JavaScript
• Javascript framework is a plus (Angular JS, Knockout JS, Bootstrap JS)
• .NET based language (C#)
• Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013
• SQL Reporting Services
• Experience using Visual Studio or related IDE
• Experience with integrating other systems into SharePoint (web services)
• Knowledge of SP Designer 2010/2013, InfoPath and SP workflows
• Knowledge of Nintex workflow and Nintex Forms
• Knowledge of SP services
• Knowledge of Office365 a plus

• Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle, including
analysis, design, configuring, programming and unit testing for information
worker applications based on Microsoft technologies.
• Experience producing end-user and technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently with users and executives to expand the use
of SharePoint to address business issues.
• Can help others in the organization with SharePoint knowledge at a level
of understanding appropriate to their job function.
• Ability to know when SharePoint is not the right solution for a business
problem and can communicate this effectively.

TECHNICAL SHAREPOINT-SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• Must possess an in depth understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft
Office SharePoint Server 2007 and SharePoint Designer 2007.
• Knowledge must include architectural design, web parts development,
management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and
supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.
• In depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search,
Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business
Intelligence.
• SharePoint experience must include SharePoint Designer workflows,
effective use of the data view web part (DVWP), content query web part,
data form web part, navigation customization, and some branding
customization.
• Web development experience (HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript) is
required.
• Experience with SharePoint templates (site templates, list templates,
master page customization) is required.
• Experience configuring and working with Microsoft Internet Information
Server (IIS) and SQL Server 2005 is required.
• Experience with server installation, performance tuning is not required
but valued.

OTHER:
- This position may be extended beyond March of 2016 if the workload and
candidate performance both warrant extension of the assignment.
