1. Solid experience in Java (Java Object Oriented Concepts,
Synchronization, Garbage Collection, Collection API) [REQUIRED]
2. Extensive experience in J2EE
Servlets/JSP [REQUIRED] (Experience in Web frameworks
Struts, SpringMVC, JSF is a plus but not mandatory)
EJB, MDB, JMS [REQUIRED]
Java Persistence - JDBC /SQL [REQUIRED] (JPA/Hibernate is a
plus)
Web Services (REST/SOAP, JSON, JAX-RS, JAX-WS)
Web (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
3. Hands-on coding (Java/JavaScript) using Eclipse IDE/Maven
4. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
5. Certification is a PLUS
Oracle Certified Java Programmer/Sun Certified Java
Programmer
Oracle Certified Professional, Web Component Developer
Oracle Certified Professional, Java Business Component
Developer
6. Mobile experience is needed
