The Senior Pricing Analyst / Qlikview Developer supports the BIUs and
markets, in order to increase BG financial margins and capture the full
potential of their products and solutions. He/she supports the initial
price positioning of a product/solution at launch and throughout its
lifecycle to maximize pricing over the life of the product. The Senior
Pricing Analyst is responsible for driving strategic pricing decisions by
providing support to the Product Management team (through monitoring of
price trends and price and cost analytics) to enable market growth and high
value capture.

Position Functions or Responsibilities:

·         The  Analyst / Qlikview Developer will be responsible for
developing and documenting the Qlikview solution according to specified
business requirements.

·         The  Analyst / Qlikview Developer will be responsible to build
the data model and perform appropriate extract-transformation load (ETL) in
support of the business requirements.

·         The  Analyst / Qlikview Developer should be able to think outside
the box and be a great problem solver.

·         The  Analyst / Qlikview Developer should be able to read,
interpret and recommend visual techniques of information dissemination.

·         The  Analyst / Qlikview Developer should possess experience
working with end users and be able to translate user speak into technical

experience in building and managing databases.

required.  Experience in gathering requirement, server installation,
migration, security management. Experience in developing Qlikview and QVD

documentation (e.g., MOAs, SLAs, etc.) with the interfacing systems;

Ensures the SI adheres to the interface specifications such as programming
standards, naming conventions, and policies as defined by the State.

Skills and Credentials:

Understanding of policy and functions within state and local government
health and/or human services.

In-depth experience in designing and implementing information solutions.

Proven interface, data conversion, data-modeling and information
classification expertise at the enterprise level and three to five years'
experience as a data analyst is highly desirable.

Candidate should have a combination of strong communication/facilitation
skills with conceptualization/design skills.

Strong applied knowledge of software interfacing development efforts
through implementation including good design, documentation and
supportability practices.

Knowledge of:

Business requirements analysis;
