Duration:- 6 Month Exp.:- 5+ years ===================== *Role:- Tivoli Batch Coordinator* *REQUIRED SKILLS: * - Experience with an automated Batch Scheduling such as Tivoli or CTRL-M, Tidal - Strong knowledge of batch processing and scheduling - Experience with Unix scripting - Understanding of the SDLC - Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Services - Healthcare background a plus - Epic or any Claims Processing system a plus - Development background a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Exceptional customer service orientation - Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information to IT & Business partners in a clear, focused and concise manner. - Lotus Notes Experience a plus - Computer skills and knowledge of hardware & software required. - Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications. * - Assist in other tasks as needed. - Traveling is required around 10% of the timeTeam member to be located in Portland, OR or Denver, CO.
