*Job Title: SAP WM Consultant* *Start Date: 3/7/2016* *End Date: 9/1/2016* *Location: Tucker, GA, US* *Qualifications:* The candidate for the above-captioned position should exhibit the following requirements: GENERAL FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT POSITIONS REQUIREMENTS (Applies to all positions): - Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes. - Confidence and ability to make recommendations for selection of appropriate SAP business processes to meet client requirements effectively - Functionality Testing: Knowledge of and ability to use testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality, including unit, integration, system, regression and dry run testing. - Ability to design and develop test plans (e.g., test objectives, test cases, test data, test scripts) for executing unit, integration, system or acceptance testing in order to ensure the solution meets the business requirements. - Develop process models based on business requirements in order to determine the completeness of the information and process components. - Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and be comfortable in working under the pressure of tight project deadlines. - Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to associates or third parties in order to maintain their productivity level - Ability to maintain a big picture view of the project vision and goals while performing detail analysis and configuration tasks. - Ability to deliver SAP training to client stakeholders. - Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills. - Team player with the ability to multi-task and strong time management skills. - Proficient using PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project), and common SAP project delivery tools. - Project experience with using SAP Solution Manager. - Understanding and experience in ASAP methodology and Best Business Practices. - Data Migration experience including hands-on use of LSMW. - An advanced degree or MBA is preferred. University degree required or equivalent. - SAP and industry certifications (e.g. APICS, DFSS) desired. - 5 -6 years of SAP WM project experience and 3+ years of logistics consulting experience with a minimum of three FLC projects in a senior or lead consulting role. Experience in SAP Materials Management is expected. - Global SAP template experience with multiple implementation rollouts preferably in Europe and North America (International). - Proven experience in the SAP configuration and support of global processes in SAP Logistics execution modules in the Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, and Warehouse Management areas with emphasis on Radio Frequency (RF) and wireless technology functionality. - Track record of analyzing and solving complex system challenges as part of the overall SAP Materials Management and Warehouse Management support process, including: Delivery processing, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, transportation, material staging for manufacturing, intercompany/interplant shipments. - Experience in SAP Decentralized Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Knowledge of common warehouse/DC business requirements and best practices for managing key challenges in warehousing and distribution (LE) such as slotting, kitting, and cross-docking. - Experience in Distribution Center Processes which includes a large distribution and warehouse network required. Understand the integration points and processes with PP/MM for DRP and ATD. - A solid understanding of all WM/MM (IM)/LE touch points with other SAP modules and processes. - Experience with IM, Lean WM (storage location level), and WM (bin level) and working with clients which have different requirements (approaches) to different sites based on process maturity and available warehouse sophistication and technologies. - Distribution Center process understanding and support experience. - Experience with managing third party logistics and logistics service providers, including all integrations with SAP. - Experienced with Batch Management, Serialized products, Handling Units, and Serialized Shipping Container Codes. - EDI, IDoc, and Netweaver PI (XML, FTP) experience.
