Duration: 6+ Months Ex.:- 7+ years *=========================* *JOB DESCRIPTIONS:* · Strong experience in supporting Oracle DBMS products including Oracle Database, Oracle Grid Control , Data guard, ASM, NOSQL databases. · Sonitoring and resolving DB backup issues, Troubleshooting ORA errors, Monitoring via OEM, enable disable blackout, Resolving dataguard issues like Flash recovery full etc, performing switchover, ASM disk addition and drop, other related CRS issues, block corruption issues. · Strong knowledge of Oracle database RAC. · Relocating services, using srvctl to stop start instance or database, create and drop services, node eviction issues. · Strong OS knowledge like LINUX,UNIX,SAN storage. · Shell scripting, basic Linux and Unix commands. · Extensive experience supporting complex and integrated application environments, primarily based on web logic servers and Oracle relational databases · Proven track record of performance tuning including SQL tuning. · Read and analyze AWR reports, database stats, tkprof, ADDM reports, sql tuning advisor, =========================== *Job Position: Agile BSA* Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 6+ Months Ex.:- 7-8 years *=========================* *JOB DESCRIPTIONS:* 1. Experience of working in *Agile methodology*. 2. Excellent in communication and coordination with multiple teams, located across different geographical locations. 3. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. 4. Understands existing systems/computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications. 5. Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications. 6. Map the available information to visually appealing and useful, dynamic and ever-changing business & data flow. 7. Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions. 8. In case of issue troubleshooting, should be able to provide mitigation approach and work to provide RCA. 9. Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing support by training users. 10. Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. 11. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops; reviewing existing documentations; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices. 12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 13. Tools experience required a. Expertise in Visio and other Microsoft Office Suite b. RALLY c. DB2, SQL d. SharePoint *Preferred* Ø Experience in Amex projects.
