*SAP Business Analyst (SAP FI and FI/AP FI/GL)*
· Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT
organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Evaluates
complex business needs and develops system requirements to ensure adherence
to development life cycle standards, requirements, policies and procedures,
and to ensure cohesion, on-time and on-budget delivery of software
applications. Analyzes business partner's operations to understand their
strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes
and functions.
· Provides insurance and technical support to IT staff for the
implementation of new systems/solutions, enhancements and maintenance of
installed systems.
· Translates moderate level business requirements into functional
specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such
specifications. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting
requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
· Educates the IT organization on the direction of the business.
· Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating
communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to
final implementation.
· Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this
knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the
enterprise's competitive edge
*Skillset:*
· Comprehensive understanding of SAP FI and FI/AP FI/GL
blueprinting and configuration and experience in testing configuration
implementation.
· BA for SAP FI/AP FI/GL configuration working closely with the
project BA and the SAP developer to do requirements gathering, blue
printing, configuration and assist with testing.
· Configuration for P2P project needs SAP FICO experience

*Job Description:*
- Need this resource to facilitate workshops with customer leads to
determine the impact of their 2 plant Master Data decision. "Item #1: is
the ATP issue which can be a strong SD or LE as long as they are strong in
ATP. Item #2 (two plant): Is a resource, most likely an LE resource
(possibly same as Item #1), who can drive a discussion around a two plant
concept and ATP which will involve other resources from MM, SD, PP, QM, FI,
etc. All areas are impacted by a two plant concept.
- Customer thinks SAP needs to validate the two plant process decision
for one location first before solving the ATP issue with this
scenario""Availability Check Against Product Allocation in SAP Stock
reservation by Customer Knowledge of ATP and QM integration Knowledge of
ATP and stock reservation process dependencies What about the 2 plant
question … have planned process orders in plant "X”, produce into plant "X”
, do a material to material xfer into plant "Y” Sales orders only ship out
of plant "Y”. How to get ATP visibility into what's planned to be produced
and moved into plant "Y” because there is no "planned STO”?"

*Required Skills and Experience:*
You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and
