*Job Description:- *
- Development and support of 3rd party client-server customer
information and billing system (Banner) developed in Oracle.
- Custom development of reports and interfaces (cash, sewer billing,
meter reading, mergers and acquisitions) to Banner system developed in
Oracle, Pro C, PL/SQL and Microfocus COBOL, UNIX Shell Scripting.
- Support and customization of 3rd party suite of applications developed
in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET (VB.net/C#), Microsoft SQL Server,
Infragistics, LLBLGen Pro, BIzTalk.
- Responsible for IT Documentation project which included identifying
and documenting all critical applications and interfaces and conducting
class-room style training of new hires and key support personnel.
- Prepare technical specifications and assist QA in creating test plans.
- Attend functional specifications meetings with Business.
- Developed custom time and billing system.
- Maintained and developed custom desktop applications in Paradox and
Microsoft Access.
