Association works to figure out the "best" DNA to match Cows to make the best.....cheese – hamburgers – milk. *About Project:* They build data and technology services for their members •Phase One - 9 week project – discovery (no idea what they are getting themselves into, need someone to help them figure this out) •Phase two – more discovery on the business side •Phase Three – Visioning session to dev. roadmap •Phase Four – start of projects •Need someone to be somewhat of a PM/Independent worker – independence – able to be on-site alone •Willingness to engage with business and be inquisitive (not overbearing) •Map out two of the business process – then deep dive into that process to figure out the best tech to support it *GOALS:* •Business process mapping •Technology •What applications support it, what servers, where do you store the data *MUST HAVES* Very centralized – Mobile optimized.
