Recommend and drive process changes that improve the speed and predictability of new-product introduction programs. • Navigate among highly interdependent and sometimes conflicting requirements and objectives across a wide range of cross-functional organizations, providing the judgment and leadership that results in globally-optimal outcomes for Skava and its users. • Adept at building relationships with the client team members • Communicates effectively across multiple levels proactively Qualifications • BA/BS degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
