*Responsibilities:*

·        Customer has just implemented HR and required a senior HCM
Consultant to support the HCM Solution.

·        Consultant should be able to understand the business process and
provide full guidance and support the system with the help of support
consultants. A thorough understanding of different HR modules integration
knowledge (high focus on Payroll and Performance / goal management) is
required.

·        Consultant should be able to also help the customer for the
implementation of Merit pay process and integration with PBC (Position
budget control).



*Required Skills:*

·        At least 2 full life cycle implementations on SAP HCM Compensation
module.

·        At least one SuccessFactors Compensation module implementation
(will consider consultants with SuccessFactors Compensation module
certification and prior SAP HCM Compensation module implementation
experience)

·        Good understanding of Merit pay / performance bonus pay for Union
and non-union employees.

·        Good understanding of integration aspects with Performance review
process and Payroll.

·        Implementation / thorough knowledge of HCM USA Payroll is a plus.

·        Understanding of PBC (Position Budget Control) and integration
with HCM is a plus.

·        Good communication and client facing interaction skills are
mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in ITs and more than 10 years of working
experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

At least 5 years in design, development and support of large complex data
warehouse and reporting solutions

Experience working with* Cloud based application as the source of records*

*Strong experience developing applications with Oracle RDBMS or MS SQL
Server and ETL tool like Talend or Informatica.*

*Strong experience with data modeling.*

*Experience with data virtualization and Big Data solutions*

*Very good communications and client facing skills.*

*Workday HCM and Financial knowledge preferred, but not required.*

Preferred: knowledge of web services, Autosys, BI tools (such as Tableau),
Oracle eBusiness Suite for Financials, GA/GL and Procurement and an ability

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently but as a

Description:

The Workday implementation requires that data warehouse remediation work be
done to support reporting needs. The Workday program will impact reporting
for HCM, payroll, academic appointment and finance functions. This position
will help the Data and Decision Support Services team manager lead the
remediation design and deliver effort.

*Essential Duties (Day-to-Day Activities)*

Work with IT partners and technical team to identify and remediate gaps in
Data Warehouse applications caused by moving University ERP system from
Oracle EBS to Workday.

Perform detailed system analysis and design functions. Leverage
comprehensive data requirement extracted from a broad community of data
users to design the future state data architecture, data models and
detailed ETL data mapping specifications.

Expand the current Master Data Management program to support and align with
future data and reporting needs.

Provide guidance to ETL development team mas the subject matter expert of
various ETL tools and best practice (Informatica, Talend) including:
analysis, specifications, design, programming, testing, and documentation.

Provide technical solution to support data governance initiatives

Adopt the latest technology like service oriented architecture, data
virtualization and big data solutions to advance data management services
group’s ability to support growing business data needs if applied

Active participant of Technology Architecture Committee reviews, promote
the adoption of data management policies and standards

Responsible for understanding industry trends and evaluating emerging
technologies for practical application to business problems.

Assist the data and decision support services team manager to design
forward looking data management strategy

Take a leadership role in providing technical guidance and recommendations
for assigned project, with intent to improve overall efficiency of group
and satisfaction of targeted customers.

Utilize professional code of ethics regarding confidentiality of
information and protecting rights of end-users and owners of data.
