*QA Analyst - OIM/SSO *

*Denver, CO*

*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*

·         Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or equivalent
experience.

·         4-5 years of software quality assurance and software testing
experience.

·         Proven data analysis, data verification and problem-solving
abilities.

·         Strong experience with HP ALM12.x

·         Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to
‘Enterprise’solution project-based work structures.

·         Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly
language.

·         Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

·         Strong analytical skills. Assimilates information quickly,
communicates complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely.

·         Track record of taking the initiative and producing results with
limited supervision.

·         Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as
independently. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced dynamic
team-based environment.

·         Hands on working knowledge of databases and SQL is a must and
ability to write complex SQL queries.

·         Hands on working experience in SSO (PingFederate), OAM (Oracle
Access Manager) and LDAP.

·         Working knowledge of Active Directory is a plus.

·         Mobile testing experience is a plus.

·         Working knowledge of various QA tools, such as Jira or Rally,
along with Agile Scrum is a plus.



*LANGUAGE SKILLS*

Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to perform the essential
functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position.



*Here are the notes from the conference call with the manager:*

This QA Analyst will interface with the Tech Lead for the Back Office QA
Support (this is a new practice that was just built a month ago and they
now need another resource to support the SSO (single sign on) and Oracle
Identity Management applications (OIM is just being implemented at DaVita),
plus the business users and the developers

·         Experience with Quality Center is highly preferred (pretty much a
must have)

·         This QA resource will perform all manual testing – working with
either SSO app or OIM app

·         Enterprise experience is strongly preferred

·         There is a lot of back end validation that is involved with this
position so this person will need to be able to find the data on their own
so the following experience would be very helpful:

o    HP ALM experience is preferred (not a must)

o    SSO is preferred (not a must)

o    LDAP is preferred (not a must)

·         Understanding of Scrum – they will be participating in daily
standups

·         User stories are put in ServiceNow



*Looking for a QA Resource who has experience in the following:*

·         3-5 years of QA experience

·         Very logical and detailed oriented

·         Web App Testing experience

·         Oracle Identity Mgt exposure would be great, but not a must have

·         Experience testing Enterprise Custom Apps (example – SharePoint,
Oracle, SAP, etc. )



*What They Will Look for When Reviewing Resumes:*

·         Different exposure to various industries

·         Detailed Web App Testing

·         Enterprise App Testing experience (SharePoint, Oracle, etc.)

·         Agile/Scrum experience
