Each standing team will consist of analysts, developers, testers working on customer facing and back office capabilities Deliverables: • Baseline for a scrum maturity assessment across multiple teams • Once a month assessment on teams coached on their progress • Executive presentations • Research on best practices *Required:* • Past experience playing all three of the main roles- Scrum Master, Product Owner, team member.
