*Job Requirement*
- Proper management, administration and maintenance of all Cisco IP
Telephony technologies and services.
- Cisco Call Manager, including Jabber, and Tele presence engineering
and support
- Voice Mail (Cisco Unity Connection) configuration, support and
troubleshooting
- Development and execution of applicable support processes.
- Establish and maintain applicable facility, campus and/or
Enterprise Service Levels *(SLAs)*.
- Provide end-user support for web applications for Call Manager,
Voice Mail, and other technologies
- Develop and maintain Global Dial Plan.
- Administer, support and maintain toolset for monitoring, management
and support.
- MUST HAVE VERY GOOD COMM SKILLS.
